Here's the stocking for Big Coop. Remember this? Yeah, he's getting one to, by golly.

Did I mention the lighting for pictures is hideous?
So here's the gift we made for Lilly's teacher. An altered clipboard, binder clips and a pad of paper made from Lilly's own artwork.
Remember the lighting people.
This is, naturally, two different quilts I'm working on at the same time. Confused? Me to. Just kidding. I can keep them completely separated. My goal is to have them done before I have to go back to work. Work, whaaaa, WORK!
Now this is kind of fun. A compact little scrapbook to document, very simply and crudely, what we did every day of December 2008. Simple baby, simple.

Creative genius written all over this table. OK, OK, I jest, again.
Now for the paper. Do you know how many ways I love paper?

How about repairing old cherished projects that dastardly creatures put holes in? Can I say cedar chest, pu-leeze? Anyway, it's all better now. Let's take a poll, for Coop. To wear? Or not to wear? By the way, it's a cardigan.
And these fun ornaments. Made on a wing and a prayer. KIDDING, last time. These were made on a paper trimmer and a stapler. Pretty rad though, right? Imagine a dozen hanging in my kitchen. Go ahead, imagine it!
And the parting picture. Of my 3 month old attempting to escape from the Bumbo. I'm in some serious trouble. Mostly because he almost made it.
P.S. Because we are all friends, please kindly ignore the child sans clothes behind the properly dressed infant male in the chair. Yes, she is on a table. Without clothes. Kindly ignore.

I didn't even notice the state of undress. It is such an normal sight in households with little ones, I would be more surprised to see perfectly outfitted people. In that case I would decide your life is as "real" as those lifestyle magazines where people with two preschoolers decorate with white furniture and ceramic vases within reach. Yeah, right.
As usual I hate you and all your creativity and SKILL. I for one will be happy when you go back to work.
Holy cow, you have been busy making such wonderfully beautiful things. I am in love with the paper ornaments. I want a kitchen full of them too!
My vote is to wear the sweater for sure. It is gorgeous.
